Is The C-Suite a law firm?
No, The C-Suite is not a law firm. Our contract templates are not legal advice or legal services. While all of The C-Suite contract templates are drafted by Taylor Williams, an attorney, your purchase of a template does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Taylor Williams.
What if I need help customizing my template?
We are unable to answer legal questions regarding your template. We recommend hiring an attorney licensed in your state for help customizing your template.
In which states can I use my contract template?
Our templates are drafted to be jurisdictionally neutral and are designed to be used in any state in the US. That means that this contract template is not state-specific. You should have your contract reviewed by a licensed attorney in your state to ensure that your edits and final contract are compliant with your state's laws.
Can I share the template with friends?
No. When you purchase a contract template, you receive one license to use it and agree only to use it for yourself. This means you are legally not able to share it with anyone else.

Do you offer refunds?
